Single Step Foundation's mission is to support, motivate and empower LGBTI youth in Bulgaria in order to create a proud and viable community. They provide critical support through an online chat, a telephone hotline, and support peer groups for LGBTI youth and parents of LGBTI youth.

Single Step owns and operates The Steps, a multifunctional community center, which is run as a social enterprise. It features a bistro, cinema, exhibition space, club and space for community events.
