REFUND POLICY

The After-Sales experience of our customers is at the center of Ecce Homo’s interest. If any of our products did not meet your expectations, do not hesitate to contact with us through the email support@eccehomowear.com .

Ecce Homo gives you the opportunity to return a product within 30 days from the purchase. We kindly inform you that it is necessary the product to be in the same condition as it was when you received it, with the Ecce Homo’s tag label uncut and still on its place (attached on the underwear). 

Do not forget to use the Ecce Homo’s Reusable Shipping Bag. The bag you received with your first order can be used for sending back your return. Ecce Homo’s waterproof bags contain a second adhesive sealing strip for this purpose.

Ecce Homo will refund you the amount of your payment or will replace the product with a new one. In the latter case you can choose between the same product or another one. In cases there is a cost variation you will only pay the price differential.

Reasons for returning a product:

  • Incorrect product
  • Incorrect size
  • Product did not match website Catalogue
  • Product did not meet customer expectations
  • Manufacturing failure
  • Gift Exchange

Please, include in the contents of your email, all the important information that will help our team to understand in depth the nature of the problem you are facing.

Important information must include:

  1. Order number
  2. Shipping address
  3. Description of the nature of the problem
  4. Intention of replacing, exchanging or refunding
  5. Attached photos (if possible)

For any reason, if Ecce Homo is responsible for product or manufacturing failure we will refund you both the product price and the shipping costs. For returns that are not responsibility of Ecce Homo you will be charged of the shipping costs (back and forth).
